1. Introduction

XiroTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not host, store, or distribute copyrighted content. Our service provides access to publicly available streams.

2. Notice of Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing:

  • Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location
  • Your contact information
  • Good faith belief statement
  • Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury

3. Designated Agent

DMCA notices should be sent to: dmca@bestiptvuk.online or via WhatsApp to our support line. We will respond to valid notices within 48 hours.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of removed material, statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to jurisdiction.

5. Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Users found to be repeatedly infringing copyrights will be permanently banned.

We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate action when content is found to infringe third-party rights.

If you believe that content accessible through XiroTV infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated agent containing: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material on the XiroTV service claimed to be infringing; your contact information; a statement of your good faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, XiroTV will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified content. XiroTV operates a repeat-infringer policy and will terminate the accounts of subscribers found to repeatedly infringe copyright.

Counter-notifications may be filed by subscribers who believe their content was removed in error. XiroTV will process counter-notifications in accordance with DMCA procedures. All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be submitted to our designated contact address listed on this page.
