1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using XiroTV services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. XiroTV provides IPTV streaming services for personal entertainment purposes only.
2. Service Description
XiroTV provides access to live television channels, video-on-demand content, and pay-per-view events through internet protocol television technology. Service availability and channel lineup may change without notice. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing account credentials beyond the allowed number of connections is prohibited and may result in account termination.
4. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Refunds are provided only in accordance with our Refund Policy. Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) redistribute or resell access without authorization; (b) use the service for illegal purposes; (c) attempt to bypass security measures; (d) interfere with other users access; (e) use automated tools to scrape content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content accessed through XiroTV is the property of respective content owners. XiroTV does not claim ownership of any broadcast content. The XiroTV brand, logo, and platform technology are our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
XiroTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period. We are not responsible for content accuracy or availability.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in London.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

XiroTV's Terms of Service govern the relationship between XiroTV and its subscribers, setting out the rights and responsibilities of both parties clearly and without legal obfuscation. We believe our customers deserve to understand exactly what they are agreeing to when they subscribe, which is why our terms are written in plain English and structured for easy reading.
Subscriptions are provided on a non-automatic-renewal basis — your subscription expires on the stated date without any automatic charge. You are never locked into a contract, and cancellation requires no action on your part beyond allowing the subscription to expire naturally. There are no cancellation fees, no early termination charges, and no minimum subscription periods beyond the term you explicitly selected.
XiroTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions used in breach of our acceptable use policy, including sharing credentials beyond the permitted connection limit, attempting to resell access without a reseller account, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. Legitimate subscribers who encounter service issues are entitled to request resolution or, where resolution is not possible, a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of XiroTV services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. XiroTV reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice to subscribers. Continued use of the service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
