1. Money-Back Guarantee

XiroTV offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction
  • Technical issues could not be resolved by our support team

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free trial accounts
  • Reseller credit purchases (credits are non-refundable)
  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days
  • Partial month refunds for monthly subscriptions
  • Gift cards or promotional codes

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our WhatsApp support team with your order number and reason for refund. Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

5. Service Discontinuation

If XiroTV discontinues service permanently, all active subscribers will receive a prorated refund based on remaining subscription time.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage contacting support before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may affect future service eligibility.

XiroTV's refund policy is designed around a simple principle: if you have a genuine problem with the service that our team cannot resolve, you should not be out of pocket. We offer a satisfaction guarantee to all subscribers, and our support team will always attempt to resolve technical issues before considering a refund request.

Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Qualifying grounds for refunds include persistent technical issues that the support team was unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, activation failure (credentials not delivered or not working at activation), or material difference between the service described and the service delivered. Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind cancellations after the service has been actively used.

To request a refund, contact XiroTV support via WhatsApp with your order reference number, a description of the issue you experienced, and confirmation that you contacted support and the issue was not resolved. Refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days for card payments and immediately for PayPal.

Trial subscriptions (both the free 24-hour trial and paid 48-hour/7-day trials) are excluded from the refund policy given their inherently evaluative nature. Annual and longer-term subscriptions are assessed for pro-rata refunds where service failure has prevented use during a portion of the subscription period.
