Your Privacy at XiroTV — What We Collect and Why
XiroTV takes the privacy of its subscribers seriously. We collect only the personal information necessary to provide and improve our service: your name, email address, WhatsApp number (for support and credential delivery), and payment transaction references. We do not collect or store payment card numbers — all card transactions are processed by third-party PCI DSS compliant payment processors.
Your subscription credentials (server URL, username, and password) are generated by our system and stored securely. We log connection events (login times, IP addresses, and device identifiers) for the purposes of enforcing connection limits and diagnosing technical issues. These logs are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted.
XiroTV does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to serve targeted advertising. The only circumstances under which we share data are: with payment processors for transaction processing, with hosting infrastructure providers under data processing agreements, and when legally required to do so by court order or regulatory authority.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data following subscription termination.
